3. CANCELLATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS BY THE CONSUMER:
In the case of individual services: All management costs, plus cancellation costs, if the latter have occurred.
In the case of package trips, the following relationship will apply between the cancellation cost and the days running from the date of receipt of the withdrawal information and the date of the start of the trip.
*If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the departure date of the trip, the cancellation cost is the deposit paid. We offer you the possibility of using the deposit paid for another trip within the following 12 months.

** If you cancel your reservation between 45 and 60 days before the departure date of the trip, the cancellation cost is the total amount paid. We offer you the possibility of using the amount paid for another trip within the following 12 months.

*** If you cancel your reservation less than 45 days before the trip departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the trip.
